On Friday, 01 November 2013 at 6:30 p.m., Their Honours will attend the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Mess Dinner at The Rooms.

Sunday, 03 November

On Sunday, 03 November 2013 at 10:00 a.m., Their Honours will attend the “Patronal Festival” service at All Saints Anglican Church Parish, Conception Bay South and His Honour will do a liturgical reading.

At 7:30 p.m., Their Honours will attend the Festival of Remembrance VI at the Holy Heart Theatre.

Monday, 04 November

On Monday, 04 November 2013 at 10:00 a.m., His Honour the Honourable Frank F. Fagan, Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador and Her Honour Patricia Fagan will attend a Reception, in Pleasantville, for the Newfoundland and Labrador Chapter of Pioneers, recognizing 103 years of Pioneering.

At 3:30 p.m. Their Honours will receive, at Government House, Mr. Donghwan Choi, Consul General of the Republic of Korea to Canada.

At 7:00 p.m., Her Honour, as Honorary Patron, will attend and bring Greetings at the YWCA St. John’s first Annual General Meeting, at the Marriott Hotel.

Tuesday, 05 November

On Tuesday, 05 November 2013 at 7:00 p.m., Their Honours will attend and His Honour will bring Greetings at the 3rd Annual Caribou Memorial Veterans’ Candlelight Service at the Caribou Memorial Veterans’ Pavilion.

Wednesday, 06 November

On Wednesday, 06 November 2013 at 11:00 a.m., Their Honours will attend the unveiling of commemoration plans for the 100th Anniversary of Beaumont-Hamel and the First World War, at The Rooms.

At 3:00 p.m., Their Honours will host, at Government House, the Writers’ Alliance of Newfoundland and Labrador, in partnership with the Literary Arts Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador, an Awards Ceremony for the 2013 Newfoundland and Labrador Credit Union Fresh Fish Award for Emerging Writers.

At 7:00 p.m., Their Honours will attend Queen Elizabeth Regional High School, in Foxtrap, for their Awards and Scholarship Evening and His Honour will bring Greetings to the Graduating Class.

Thursday, 07 November

On Thursday, 07 November 2013 at 9:00 a.m., Their Honours will attend Amalgamated Academy, in Bay Roberts, for two Remembrance Day Assemblies and His Honour will bring Greetings.

Monday, 11 November

On Monday, 11 November 2013 at 10:55 a.m., His Honour the Honourable Frank F. Fagan, Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador and Her Honour Patricia Fagan will attend the Remembrance Day War Memorial Service at the National War Memorial where His Honour will lay a wreath. Following the Service, His Honour will take the salute in front of the Court House on Water Street. At the conclusion of the parade, Their Honours will host a Reception at Government House for invited guests.

At 2:30 p.m., Their Honours will attend the Annual Service of Remembrance at the Caribou Memorial Veterans’ Pavilion.

Thursday, 14 November

On Thursday, 14 November 2013 at 10:00 a.m., The Honourable J. Derek Green, Administrator of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador will present Commissions to newly-appointed Queen’s Counsel at a Ceremony at Government House. Following the Ceremony, a Reception will be held for invited guests.

Monday, 18 November

On Monday, 18 November 2013 at 10:00 a.m., His Honour the Honourable Frank F. Fagan, Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador and Her Honour Patricia Fagan will attend the Bell Aliant Pioneers’ Telemental Health Program Reception at the Waterford Hospital.

Tuesday, 19 November

On Tuesday, 19 November 2013 at 3:00 p.m., Their Honours will host a Ceremony and Reception at Government House, for invited guests, at which time His Honour will present Church Lads’ Brigade Long Service Awards.

Wednesday, 20 November

On Wednesday, 20 November 2013 at 2:00 p.m., Their Honours will attend an Afternoon Tea at Hillcrest Estates Personal Care Home.

Thursday, 21 November

On Thursday, 21 November 2013 at 5:30 p.m., Their Honours will attend the Canadian Red Cross Humanitarian Gala Dinner at the St. John’s Convention Centre. His Honour, as Honorary Patron of the Canadian Red Cross, Newfoundland and Labrador Division, will present the 2013 Humanitarian of the Year Award and the 2013 Young Humanitarian of the Year Award.

Sunday, 24 November

On Sunday, 24 November 2013 at 8:00 p.m., Their Honours will attend “Our Divas Do Christmas” at the Arts and Culture Centre.

Monday, 25 November

On Monday, 25 November 2013 at 5:30 p.m., Her Honour Patricia Fagan, as Patron and Honorary President of the Girl Guides of Canada – Guides du Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Division, will participate with invited Brownies and Leaders in the decorating of a Christmas Tree in the front foyer of Government House.

Wednesday, 27 November

On Wednesday, 27 November 2013 at 2:30 p.m., His Honour the Honourable Frank F. Fagan, Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador and Her Honour Patricia Fagan will host an Afternoon Tea for the residents of Saint Luke’s Homes and St. Patrick’s Mercy Home at Government House.

Friday, 29 November

On Friday, 29 November 2013 at 6:30 p.m., Their Honours will attend the Vera Perlin Society’s 36th Annual Christmas Dinner and Dance at the Knights of Columbus.

Saturday, 30 November

On Saturday, 30 November 2013 at 1:00 p.m., Their Honours will preside over a Ceremony at the Capital Hotel in which His Honour, as Honorary Chair of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award in Newfoundland and Labrador, will present the Duke of Edinburgh’s Silver Awards of Achievement.
