On Monday, 13 April 2015 at 7:45 p.m., His Honour, the Honourable Frank F. Fagan, Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador and Her Honour Patricia Fagan, will attend the Opening Ceremonies of the Canadian National Senior Hockey Tournament (Allan Cup) in Clarenville, where His Honour will bring Greetings and perform the official puck drop.

On Thursday, 16 April 2015 at 4:30 p.m., His Honour, as Honorary Patron of the Community Sector Council, and Her Honour will host a Reception at Government House, for invited guests, in celebration of the Community Sector Council’s Volunteer Week 2015.

Friday, 17 April 2015

On Friday, 17 April 2015 at 10:00 a.m., Their Honours will host a Reception in honour of Cpl. (Retired) Kate MacEachern and her team who will be visiting the Province to officially launch the final part of her walking journey across Canada for “The Long Way Home” project.

At 2:30 p.m., Their Honours will host a Courtesy Visit from the Canadian Cancer Society and be presented with daffodil pins and a bouquet of daffodils, recognizing April as Cancer month.

On Saturday, 18 April 2015 at 8:00 p.m., Their Honours will attend the Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra Pops Concert “How Sweet the Sound”, at the Arts and Culture Centre.

On Monday, 20 April 2015 at 2:00 p.m., His Honour the Honourable Frank F. Fagan, Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador and Her Honour Patricia Fagan will attend a Seniors’ Afternoon Tea at the Turk’s Gut Heritage House in Marysvale.

On Tuesday, 21 April 2015 at 11:00 a.m., His Honour the Honourable Frank F. Fagan, Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador will prorogue the Third Session of the Forty-Seventh General Assembly of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly.

At 1:35 p.m., His Honour will inspect a Guard of Honour from the Canadian Forces and the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary at the Confederation Building.

At 2:00 p.m., the Lieutenant Governor will deliver the Speech from the Throne to open the Fourth Session of the Forty-Seventh General Assembly of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

On Tuesday, 21 April 2015 at 4:00 p.m., Their Honours will host a Reception, for invited guests, at Government House, in conjunction with the NL Provincial Advisory Council on the Status of Women, in honour of the 90th Anniversary of Women in Newfoundland and Labrador Winning the Right to Vote and Run for Public Office.

On Wednesday, 22 April 2015, His Honour, as Honorary Colonel of the Royal Newfoundland Regiment and Her Honour will travel to Turkey as part of the Canadian delegation, to attend the 100th Anniversary of the Gallipoli Campaign.

On Thursday, 23 April 2015 at 4:30 p.m., The Honourable J. Derek Green, Administrator of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and Mrs. Susan Green will host a Reception, at Government House, for invited guests of the Resource Centre for the Arts and Arts and Culture Centre to preview “Dedication” by Edward Riche.

On Friday, 24 April 2015 at 10:30 a.m., The Honourable J. Derek Green, Administrator of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and Mrs. Susan Green will host the Canadian Parents for French in Newfoundland and Labrador and His Honour will participate in the presentation of the CPF-NL Awards at a Ceremony at Government House. Following the Ceremony, Their Honours will host a Reception for the award recipients and invited guests.
