On Wednesday, 02 November 2016 at 2:00 p.m., His Honour, the Honourable Frank F. Fagan, Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador and Honorary Chief of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, will present Police Exemplary Service Medals to members of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary at a Ceremony, at Government House. Following the Ceremony, Their Honours will host a Reception for the recipients and invited guests.

On Friday, 04 November 2016 at 7:30 p.m., Their Honours will attend the play “The Home Front”, at the Princess Nageira Theatre, in Carbonear.

On Sunday, 06 November 2016 at 11:00 a.m., Their Honours will attend the Annual Remembrance Day Church Service at Wesley United Church and His Honour will read a Lesson.

At 7:30 p.m., Their Honours will attend the Festival of Remembrance IX, at Holy Heart Theatre.

On Wednesday, 09 November 2016 at 9:30 a.m., His Honour the Honourable Frank F. Fagan and Her Honour Patricia Fagan, will attend a Remembrance Day Ceremony at Octagon Pond Elementary School, in Paradise.

On Thursday, 10 November 2016 at 11:00 a.m., Their Honours will attend the Unveiling of Banners in honour of the Royal Newfoundland Regiment soldiers, at Southwest Arm Academy, in Little Heart’s Ease.

At 6:30 p.m., Their Honours will attend a Reception, hosted by Their Royal Highnesses, The Crown Prince and The Crown Princess of Norway, at The Rooms.

On Friday, 11 November 2016 at 10:55 a.m., Their Honours will attend the Remembrance Day War Memorial Service at the National War Memorial where His Honour will lay the first wreath. Her Honour will lay a wreath on behalf of the Women’s Patriotic Association. Following the Service, His Honour will take the Salute in front of the Court House on Water Street. At the conclusion of the parade, Their Honours will host a Reception at Government House for invited guests.

At 2:00 p.m., Their Honours will attend the Annual Service of Remembrance at the Caribou Memorial Veterans’ Pavilion.

At 8:00 p.m., Their Honours will attend the Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra’s Masterwork’s #2, Honour, Reflect, Remember, at The Basilica of St. John the Baptist.

On Wednesday, 23 November 2016 at 5:30 p.m., His Honour the Honourable Frank F. Fagan, Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador and Honorary Patron of the Canadian Red Cross, NL Division and Her Honour Patricia Fagan, will attend the Canadian Red Cross Humanitarian Gala Awards Dinner at the Delta St. John’s Hotel & Conference Centre. His Honour will present the 2016 Humanitarian of the Year Award and the 2016 Young Humanitarian of the Year Award.

Fagan, Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador and Honorary Chair of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and Her Honour Patricia Fagan, will preside over a Ceremony, where His Honour will present the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Bronze and Silver Awards of Achievement, at The Capital Hotel.

On Wednesday, 30 November 2016 at 11:15 a.m., Their Honours will receive, at Government House, Mr. Dinesh Bhatia, Consul General of India to Canada.

At 2:30 p.m., Their Honours will host a Christmas Reception, at Government House, for guests of Daffodil Place.

At 5:00 p.m., Her Honour Patricia Fagan, as Patron and Honorary President of the Girl Guides of Canada – Guides du Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Division, will participate with invited Brownies and Leaders, in the decorating of a Christmas Tree in the front foyer of Government House.
