Their Honours visit Rigolet as part of a Vice Regal Cruise
On September 14 Their Honours visited Rigolet as part of a five day Vice Regal Cruise on the northern coast of Labrador. While in Rigolet Their Honours toured the community, visited Northern Lights Academy, Strathcona House and the Net Loft, walked the community boardwalk and attended a community BBQ. During the BBQ Their Honours were treated to Inuit Throat Singing, Drum Dancing, Square Dancing, a children’s choir and demonstrations of several competitions held during the Inuit Games.
Their Honours arrive at Rigolet and are greeted by members of the Canadian Rangers.
